Wonderful customer service
Was in Andover on business and stopped in Todd Roger’s. What an experience! Ended up buying two pairs of glasses and can’t say enough about the personal service and expertise of putting me in my glasses. Looking forward to getting my girls up for the same experience. This team is the best! The level of customer service, cleanliness, attention to detail, and overall experience is amazing. Besides visiting these guys to check my vision, the level of customer service in retail is amazing. Yesterday was my first appointment after being referred by a friend to see Dr. Glynn for contacts. First impression from the minute I walked in was WOW, this place is so cool, fun and very cozy!! Everyone was so friendly and especially Dr. Glynn. She was so patient and kind and is really helping me find the best contact fit for my crazy prescription. Never thought I’d say this, but I’m actually looking forward to going to my next appointment and I am excited to try some of the unique Todd Roger glasses on as well.
