The ladies in the office are amazing. I do not know what they get paid. But they deserve way more, I'm sure. 5 star to them.. State Farm as a company and Todd Reed as an agent. Do not stand behind and/or are available for what they sell. I'm sure todd's grandfather would be very disappointed in the way things are handled today. From a company standpoint and at agents standpoint.
I can't say enough about Todd and his staff. The most efficient business I've ever worked with!!! Very prompt call backs and exceptional customer service. I had an issue with a windshield claim and Todd and his staff took charge of the situation and got it resolved the same day.
