My three year old granddaughter was seen last night by this man who calls himself a doctor!! My granddaughter is three and has a rare genetic disease that only 60 other kids in this world have, and my granddaughter was brought in to the Massena ER with respiratory issues. Todd Howland along, with his team of staff, were not only rude, and the care that she received was negligent.
