Worst office Advent Health has by far! In terms of customer care/service, they offer the most horrid service I have ever encountered in an office. You can’t ever get a hold of anyone who can actually do something and they always seem to mess up billing. They even once sent me to the office which is almost an hour drive when the doctor wasn’t even in just to say “I’m sorry. I do apologize” and schedule me a MONTH out. I’m on the hook for over a thousand dollars because their staff does not know how to properly bill something ... read more

According to my wife Carol: I was assigned this doctor on October 6, 2017 from the Santa Rosa Medical Center Emergency Room (Milton, Florida) after falling, resulting in a displaced oblique fracture of the shaft of my humerus (left upper arm). He inserted a rod in my arm bone but left it high, resulting in "incomplete rotator cuff tear or rupture of left shoulder."
