The office staff at this medical office is irresponsible, threatening, and rude. Dr Pascarelli has always been kind and thorough but it's long overdue that he addresses his staff's behavior and they"re interaction with his patients. My 90 year old mother had an appointment and blood work done on July 7th and here we are on the 18th and after numerous requests to the office we have yet to have them communicate the results of that blood work.
