Very disappointed with the overall experience with Breanna and her staff. All she wound up doing was sending me to get hip injections which I already had a source for. It was a waste of 6 weeks of my time. Never heard from her after our initial meeting. Back to square one!

First of all Dr Kumar is a great Doctor he’s been my Doctor for 16 years very nice man,but his billing department is terrible I send in payment with my credit card number to pay my bill and 3 weeks later I get a bill that says final notice I think they have a new system now that don’t seem to work very well because in the past I would receive a bill and pay it and that was that but now I may have to stop seeing her  because it’s crazy now.

Please AVOID this office! Here is my experience: I was a new patient scheduled to see Dr Kumar. When I first arrived, I heard Nam Kumar(Dr Kumar’s relative? Wife? Also Physician assistant??) tell the receptionist to call patients and demand they pay over the phone. It was very off putting. I then was asked to pay my $100 copay and proceeded to wait over an hour and a half in the clinic room before anyone came in. I would not recommend seeing Dr. Chen. If you have a disagreement with services his practice will send you a certified letter dismissing you from his practice. A patient has a right to disagree, but they do not care about your thoughts and concerns and only believe that they are correct.

I recently saw this doctor who has been my PCP for 10+ yrs. At the conclusion of my visit I was told by the doctor that "He was cancelling our doctor/patient relationship" due to my not adhering to the rules concerning prescription medications I have been receiving and that he felt it was best at this time if we part ways. i’m a patient from awhile ago and i saw her when i was ten i was bleeding anally and losing a lot of weight along with stomach aches and feeling sick. wanna know what she said, it?s just anxiety or a cold. she was a horrible doctor too set in her ways to ever realize she might be wrong. i will never recommend her. when i came back to her after i was finally diagnosed with a chronic illness she said (she did no tests she just assumed it was a cold or anxiety) how could she have known. my parents and family were upset beyond b... read more

I really don’t know where to begin. I have never in all my life seen such a disgraceful hospital. Went to the ER sat 3 hours before being taken back to the most dirty room and had the pleasure to get a blanket with an old band aide stuck to it (I have pictures) saw a doc for 2 seconds asked me some questions never saw her again. Nurse had no idea what she was doing saw her 2 times. 6.5 hours of the worse experience of my life. Took me from the dirty room to sit in a chair. My father has come in over the last few years three times he fell and broke his hip he had a stroke and he was sent home from the rehab with a UTI dehydrated and Kovic he brought him to the hospital every time he’s received excellent care the nurses are great they are kind and caring and I have nothing but gratitude for them and all the hard work they do thank you UH
