When I first walked in to Todd O'Mara's location, I was barely walking because of constant pain. He told me I had Planter Factitious and a lower back problem adding to the problem. This had been a ongoing problem for years in the making. Within a few months with Todd I am almost 100% back to health. I cannot say enough about this man other then he is the best physical therapist that you would want to see for help. I trust him and his knowledge 100%. I know it works!

I have rheumatoid and psoriatic arthritis and have been seeing Todd for 3 years. I was originally recommended to Todd by my neck orthopedic who insisted I see only him. He has successfully seen me thru knee replacement, shoulder surgery, and all the aches and pains that come with my arthritis. I am so thankful for Todd and incredibly happy that he is now at Exos in Castle Pines!

Todd O’Mara of EXOS is the best physical therapist I have seen. He previously has brought me back from a lower back surgery, a rotator cuff surgery, and most recently, a biceps tendon tear. Todd is an expert in assessing what is needed and guiding his patients through the process to recovery.

I have had physical therapy numerous times in the past, and going to Exos in the Ken Caryl area to see Todd O'Mara was a completely different experience! Sooo personable and interested in how the recovery from knee replacement surgery was affecting my whole life! Encouraged me, butt kicked me, explained the healing process, gave me quality exercises to do on my own, massaged, stem stimulated my knee and iced/heated the area as needed. Outstanding! After SLAP tear, Tenodesis shoulder surgery earlier this year, this was my first experience having Physical Therapy. My doctor referred me to Select Physical Therapy and I have nothing but good to say about Todd and the team. Todd was professional, extremely knowledgeable and simply a pleasure to work with. It's a well run office with a good vibe making it enjoyable to visit for treatment. I will not hesitate to schedule with Todd again should the need arise. Highly Recommended!
