I was in agonizing pain and had no where to go to for relief from a car accident. Sadly the service I received wasn't the best. I feel like the ball was dropped constantly with my having to continually check on what's happening, even after my case got settled which could have been handled better in my opinion. The doctors recommended were great but no one really explained until too late in relation to expenses with medical bills for the car accident I was involved in until I went way over my limit. This is my horrible mistake in choosing Todd Miner Law Firm. This was my 1st accident case and I wanted to go with a smaller firm so I wasn’t just some number and wouldn’t be talking to some customer service rep..when I called in. The 1st person I communicated with was Todd Miner and l was told what doctor/rehab to see. Everyone was great when you sign up for the Law firm to represent you. This is one amazing team, I say this because I was a part of that team. The whole firm worked well together and reviewed each file. Todd and staff, some of which have been with him over 15 years says a lot about him, his character and work ethic. If I did not have to relocate I would still be a part of this remarkable team.
