Dr. rock Is by far the best PA “s in the health care industry. His patience and bed side manners are top tier. He takes the time to ask questions and focus on you chief complaint. I truly wish he could be my PCP. Keep up the amazing work Dr.

Thoroughly disappointed with the lack of “bedside manner” via a virtual appointment. His response to my questions made it seem like I was talking to ChatGpt. He insinuated I was asking for a prescription that he could not prescribe but I was asking for additional options on what could help me. I did not receive that help, then he closed out the conversation and said the fee would be waived. I wasn’t looking or asking for a free Dr appointment, I was looking for help with a current health issue.
I had a great experience with Mr Rock. He took the time to review my medical history, addressed my concerns and did a great job at explaining everything.
It was very easy to schedule an appointment in a timely manner. PA Rock is a great provider. He listened and addressed all of my concerns. I will utilize this modality of care in the future.
