Found a lot that was builder attached to Todd Menard Construction. Started working with Gloria, Todd’s mom on house plans to build on the lot. We had 2 or 3 meetings with her spanning over 3 weeks. We expressed how serious we were about purchasing this lot and even listed and sold our house, we just didn’t want to sign a contract until meeting Todd.
