Not impressed. He doesn’t explained the process but reprimands and over explains with meaningless information. Tried to push a physical multiple times. Spent all of his time on the computer. Thought I scheduled a doctor appointment but it ended up being an administrative appointment. Not sure why they need an MD/DO for that.
I would never ever write a bad review. Showed up to my to my 8 O'clock appointment at 8:15 because this location is in a massive parking lot and literally google maps takes you to chipotle. Finally found the building with no address and was at the front desk. The doctor said there was a grace period of 15 min and I showed up at 8:16. Literally it was 8:15 when I got there. Doctor McCauley is articulate, professional, and caring doctor. I hope he is well compensated. It is because of him that myself and many family and friends have switched to Hoag.
Very detailed and took time with me as a new patient. Will recommend to friends/ family.
