I wish I could say my experience was better, however neglectful would sum it up. Zero follow up, labs ordered and was essentially left on my own to figure things out. Unfriendly first call, and challenging to get testing ordered. Wasn't at office when I was instructed to go there (waste of a day in travel). I couldn't get lab results from TL, had to navigate release forms and labs in order to get the results of the labs I paid out of pocket for.
