I left my appointment crying after 4 years with no answers. I had a list of symptoms typed up, photos, results/data, etc. and Todd Kingdom dismissed me in a matter of minutes. He kept removing his gloves like he was determined to conclude the appointment when I was answering his questions. When I started explaining my symptoms, including a surgery I had as an infant in the area he was examining, he seemed annoyed and asked me what I was there to see him for. Terrible doctor. He contradicted all of the previous doctors I had seen, then referred me to a specialist that had no idea why I was there. It was as if he was just making stuff up to be different. Then they billed me for a surgery that I never had - all he did was look up my nose. Stay very far away from Dr. Kingdom.
I have had the worst experience with his office! First I had the pre-appointment ct scan in October. An initial appointment was scheduled for November with his Physician Assistant. They called the day before to cancel and pushed appointment out to January with same PA. I was a little frustrated at this point. Finally did that appointment. They schedule a Fess surgery on May 2nd…(supposedly) I do a preop appointment the 22 of April. I am told he is not doing surgery the 2nd… They attempt to push the surgery off to the 6th. Posting this while freshly healing from a sinus surgery with Dr. Kingdom. The negative reviews are actually baffling, as this is one of the most remarkably talented doctors I’ve ever encountered. His bedside manner in clinic and pre/post surgery are among the best care I’ve ever experienced, and this is coming from a highly emotional hypochondriac. Ever seen a grown man throw a temper tantrum? I never leave reviews for anyone or anything, but I am making an exception for this man and I am filing a grievance. He became enraged from me asking the most anodyne question. Every question you ask is an affront to his expertise rather than you as a patient just trying to understand the course of diagnostics and treatment. Huge ego, and will make everything about him.
