They were recommended by our insurance company. They had our vehicle for WEEKS and kept saying they got the wrong parts in, or they had to clean it up (very dirty on final pickup). Also we had a professional grade diagnostic tool in the door and it disappeared with no answer from them. It was NOT cheap and somebody must have thought it was theirs. They did a nice job on the body.
The body shop had my truck over 90 days. Parts availability was not an issue. I only got it back once I told them I was transferring it to another shop. They gave me false timelines all along and there was near 0 communication from their end. My truck was there for over a month before I contacted them about it. I had to call close to 30 times to keep them motivated. Nearing 4 months and there are still loose ends on getting all of my damages fixed. My rental car cost over $4000.
