I was given an appointment the same day. When I got there, I was taken to the exam room immediately. I did not wait long for Dr. Lehrfeld to see me. He listened and was open minded about my care. The receptionist was fine.
I made an appointment with a urologist. When I got there I was told I would be seeing a physician assistant. I was taken to an examining room and left there for 45 minutes. I finally left.
This doctor at Cape Regional hospital said I would be operated on in the morning. Kept on narcotics all day until the doctor came in and accused me of eating. I said no. He said well you had something to drink. I said no. He said he would make a phone call and never came back. He did not operate and they called in another doctor, the next day, Saturday. to accomplish the job. Terrible ,Most incompetent office I ever went to.
This practice is the worst. Do yourself a favor and stay away. All about profit not patient care. Whoever manages this practice has no respect for patients. If a Dr. is not fully booked up with patients that day or not enough patients scheduled to bring in a tech for your testing you will get a call a few days before your visit that it needs to be re-scheduled. They will give the excuse, Dr had surgery, or tech was sick, etc. Profit first YOU second. Office staff stressed! Even Dr's are fleeing!
The check in process is ridiculous and the staff is not friendly.
