Saw Dr. Huber for my chronic nasal issues, and it was a seamless experience! He was very skilled in his work and got straight to the point about what could possibly be causing those issues. Very kind and very skilled!
I have experienced sinus issues for years and went to another ENT with little to no plan on how to improve. I started to lose hope. I was referred to Dr. Huber by my PCP. Not only is he a super nice guy with cool tennis shoes, but he recognized my chronic sinus issues and made a plan on how to treat them effectively. I did need sinus surgery but he did an excellent job and I’m feeling better and on my way to an improved quality of life. Dr. Huber himself is fantastic and my family has had great experiences with him. However, his secretary is extremely unpleasant. She’s unkind, unprofessional, and very condescending. Beware!
I knew from my first phone call to this office that it would be THE WORST front office experience but I gave them two appointments. Sure enough they proved me correct both times. Unfriendly and unreasonable rules and management, patient Unfriendly. Avoid this office! Unless this office manager's #1 priority is to maximize office revenue and profits, she should be replaced asap. Very unfriendly rules.
