I cannot say enough good things about Vince from Todd Homes! I recently purchased my first home and needed a new hot water tank- he arrived and completed the work the day I moved in so I didn’t have to wait for hot water at all!!! Pricing was extremely fair and affordable for the services provided. Vince has also gone above and beyond to help me on multiple occasions. The business owner says they "do not know why" the problems with our floor developed, which is 100% false. We provided an independent flooring inspector's report noting that the floor was far from level, causing the cupping, popping, and separation between planks. Measurements showed the floor was 1/2" out of flat from 10 ft. The industry standard is that floors need to be within 3/16" of flat from 10 ft. Todd Homes was referred to us by our roofing company. On day one they were on point, made an appointment, showed up on time, and gave us an estimate on the spot. Throughout the weeks their work slowed down, sometimes not showing up, and most importantly they were very messy. There were cigarette butts on my table. When they painted the ceiling they never bothered to cover the brick floors and left paint on my brick, they have not come back to clean their mess. Worst experience I have had. Lied to. Blown off. Horrible work. My floor already needs to be replaced due to the worst job ever…and that was the second time they tried to fix it. Communication was the worst I have ever experienced. I was told about shut downs and labor problems. Seems like most of the problems were internal and started with Vince. Thank you for nothing. I would not recommend this company to build a dog house. If I could select negative stars, I would. I wish I could take pictures of how awful this floor feel... read more
