I was under contract to purchase a rental property from Todd Carnes in College Station. We agreed to a price and had a signed contract. After three days, Todd called me to tell me that his wife was furious with him for accepting a contract on the property because she thought the price was too low (we offered a fair price and showed them that we offered above the comparable properties on $ / sq ft, $ / room, and gross rent multiple). Larry Castaneda came out on 4/29/2020 and he was unprofessional, rude and I would recommend never using him. He even left his tester behind and had to come back and get it. Stay away from this company, they are scum bags and will try to take your money.
