I ordered custom furniture from Todd Henry. They delivered and installed them and did a fantastic job. The installers were very polite and helpful and did a great job. I LOVE the Murphy beds. They were also very well constructed.

He put us “on his schedule” three times so I set aside my entire day each of those days and he just didn’t show up. The final time I tried to get in touch with him I literally just heard nothing. His voicemail was full and he ghosted us entirely. I don’t know if he is out of business or what.

Todd's team installed a custom made Murphy Bed in my home. It looks great. There were a few items that needed follow-up and Todd addressed them. I am very pleased with his product and service.

Installation started in October and lasted into December. Even though they stated it was done, we still have doors that are not hung up, drawers that do not open straight, paint missing, and overall poor installation. We keep being told that it will be addressed but over a month later nothing has happened. Do not waste your time or money with this place.

Todd According to your comment, it couldn’t be further than the truth. On Feb 3rd you told me you would be done by 2 weeks. Also according to you In person it would have been before you got married 2 months ago. Non the less you were there the first day of install. They were your employees. Some of the worst Craftsmanship around. Todd has done nothing but lie and continue to lie and tel me what I want to hear. He does not follow thru with anything and old places blame on anyone but him.
