Unlike the previous aircon business owner at Evans Head, who often gave you the option of self-supply, Todd Hayes Refrigeration was not interested in installing an airconditioning unit not purchased through their business. Very doubtful they could have supplied the 9kw Mitsubishi Electric Reverse Cycle unit for the price I bought it for (several thousands cheaper through Harvey Norman). Very disappointing replacement for John Southon's wonderful "can do" approach.

Not one call back every time I’ll call you tonight basically 4 times in one month had to chase every step of the way boards arrived plan of attack etc etc apparently when a bigger job comes along you get pushed to the bottom so if your residential personally I’d avoid to make it more comforting there is no guarantee that the repair will work so I essentially was winging it I suppose it turned out for the best.

Highly recommend Todd and Amanda, awesome service, We purchased a Mitsubishi Air Con 9L to service a pretty big space from the Todd Hayes team. Great brand of AC, Quick reliable service, excellent install and instructions on how to use all of the features, very impressive service, Thanks team Todd Hayes we are now as cold as ice just in time for the up and coming heat and humidity during February.
