I would like to thank Amanda and Todd for all their help from the first phone call, until installation of the air conditioner made a very ill person more comfortable. Would highly recommend this company. Thank you Paul & Ruth.

Unlike the previous aircon business owner at Evans Head, who often gave you the option of self-supply, Todd Hayes Refrigeration was not interested in installing an airconditioning unit not purchased through their business. Very doubtful they could have supplied the 9kw Mitsubishi Electric Reverse Cycle unit for the price I bought it for (several thousands cheaper through Harvey Norman). Very disappointing replacement for John Southon's wonderful "can do" approach.
