This may sound corny, but I don’t think 5 stars is enough… Todd and his team absolutely knocked it out of the park for my family and I. What I was told wasn’t possible before, he worked day and night to make possible. I will recommend these guys to the moon and back, you will never go wrong with making the call. Once again, I couldn’t be more happy and thankful for all their hard work… AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!
Todd was instrumental in assisting us buy a home. He helped us thru a hard housing market and got us our loan. This isn't a good time to buy, but he super helped. I still can't believe we could afford or find a place. Todd was incredibly optimistic and very skilled. He made me feel much more comfortable in our home purchase. Todd recently helped us finance our home. He truly went above and beyond to make the home buying process smooth and simple to understand. He worked up what seems like a hundred different purchasing scenarios for us to review and explained what each item on the spreadsheet was and how it would affect our monthly payments. A much improved experience compared to the company we financed our previous home through. Todd will absolutely be our “mortgage guy” for any other properties we may purchase in the future!
Todd worked his magic and helped me get into the home I wanted when other mortgage brokers told me it wasn't possible for me to do on my own at that time. He answered all of my questions and guided me through the entire process and made it feel easy, highly recommend!!
Todd was so prompt and knowledgeable during the whole homebuying process. He made sure his numbers competed with all the other lenders numbers. Which I believe that makes him one of the best. His communication is quick and reliable. He was honest transparent and doesn’t play games. Highly recommend!
