Dr. Gottschalk has been my primary care physician since Sept. 2022 and has been providing excellent care since. He is well qualified, highly knowledgeable, empathetic and has your best care in interest. He has successfully treated and helped me manage my obesity, overall improving my lifestyle. Visits feel comfortable and I leave feeling heard and cared for. I'm thankful to have Dr. Gottschalk as a part of my care team!

Would not recommend. Zero compassion and it’s next to impossible to get anything done.
I recently changed hospital providers and am hoping for better service with Providence. A case could be made for 3 stars because most of my frustration is with Px refills (diabetic in nature), billing is difficult and the entire process seems to be ran to optimize profit. When a doctor demands to see a patient for simple Px refills that are charted and have not changed in years or even decades it’s clearly a policy the group uses to increase visits for additional revenue.
