Received a notification the demanded the attention of Todd's office. Customer service with State Farm was unable to help me and referred me back to the office. In one week I've called 12 times, left 3 VMs and also emailed. Absolutely no response. No contact efforts at all. Customer service said they had no information about the office closing and the answering message did not indicate that the office was closed.
