My wife and I were patients of Dr. Morris Epstein for over 25 years. When Dr. Epstein retired I was very worried about the new PCD. When Dr. Todd Glassman came onboard our fears vanished. Dr. Todd Glassman is a wonderful doctor and my wife and are very happy seeing him. He is a very polite and professional doctor and we like him very much.
Poor management, especially with scheduling and customer service. My mom had an appointment scheduled with confirmation card, arrived for her appointment and was told she did not have appointment. She was eventually taken 2 hours after. No elderly person should go through this. Do better especially for our seniors.
