Dr Tolbert was very friendly and thorough. He answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable and cared for.
I've met Dr. Tolbert twice but I liked the way he talked to me, not at me. He remained calm about the situation, which in turn, calmed me down. The MA's are very kind, professional and funny and so is the front staff. The way they all greet people helps an anxious person, such as myself, who doesn't like coming to the Doctor's office.
