Was told to go to him from my doctor that left the practice. The office moved my appointment on me to another day, which I was happy to do. Then two days before my appointment I was told he wouldn't take a new client and abruptly canceled my doctor's appointment two days prior.... Mary at the front desk has been there for me for years. She has always helped me get messages through to the doctor and made sure I was taken care of. She is patient and listens to me and always treats me with respect. That is something very important when you need your meds... I'm 70 years old and always need her assistance with appointments and med refills. Thank you so very much, Mary. You are a lifesaver.
I had my annual appointment with this physician, and unfortunately, the experience left me disappointed. He failed to follow through on two different issues. I reached out to the office multiple times, but ended up in a frustrating game of phone tag for a couple weeks, apparently due to their transition to a new practice group. Went in for fiscal that changed to oak medical and didn't give results then want you to come back in to get prescription and has a ma that is rude and well
