Dr Francis is the best doctor I've ever had. He truly listens. He is down to earth and has a great sense of humor. The thing I like best about Dr Francis is his specialty in sports medicine. This means he can usually take care of an ache or pain without the use of pain meds.

Dr. Francis is fantastic! He cares about his patients and takes his time when talking to you. He never makes you feel like he's rushing. He is great at getting you in if needed without making you wait for weeks. Highly recommended!!
I have been seeing Dr Francis for about 8 years now. As someone who for years HATED going to the doctor, that changed when I became his patient soon after my son did. Unlike so many other physicians, Dr. Francis truly listens and doesn't rush through your appointment to get to the next patient. He explains things exceptionally well, in easy-to-understand terms, He isn't in a hurry to order a bunch of expensive tests, but also doesn't let your condition drag on. I highly recommend him.
Dr. Francis is always willing to listen and talk with his patients. The office is busy but he makes sure you are his priority. He asks questions and has a conversation with you. I went in for a swollen lymph node and a physical. He didn't brush it off- because of him and his recommendations I was diagnosed with Lymphoma in 2 months when some people I met it took a year or more with their doc. Our family is lucky to have found such a caring doc in this day and age! We aren't just a number to him.
Dr. Francis is the doctor that most people wish they had. He's super smart and he has the credentials to prove it. He attended Georgetown Medical School and Ohio State Univ College Of Medicine. Best of all, he's a great listener and often asks you questions to clarify what you're trying to say. In my experience, he's never given me an answer until he understood the problem. That's rare and it's comforting. Smart, knowledgeable, and great communicator. What else could you ask?
Knowledgeable, courteous, Professional... I am over 50 years old and have had a few primary care physicians. Dr. Francis is my favorite.
