I am a veteran who had Dr. Finnerty write me a nexus letter for a VA service claim via records review. He is absolutely the real-deal. No games. It does take about a month to get something back from him, but he writes multiple page nexus letters with properly cited research. The effort he puts into these is 1000%, and I’m so grateful to have found him. Would 10/10 use him again. His nexus letter was cited as one of the reasons why my VA claim was approved
I was told that I needed a Nexus letter to link sleep apnea to major depressive disorder. I searched high and low for someone qualified enough to understand the information and the strength of letter I would need. I’ll tell ya, I didn’t know what to expect at all. I went to Dr. Finnerty looking for a sleep apnea and migraine nexus letter. I was only expecting a page or 2. When I received my letter it was 10 pages long. I had no idea he would be so in-depth and detailed. My VSO told me I would never get my migraines secondary to PTSD, that I was wasting my time, and this was so good that it got approved and he was just baffled.
