I was having some medical issues and needed to see someone ASAP to make sure there was nothing wrong ocularly. While I am thankful I was able to get in quickly since my Dr was unavailable, Dr Erickson barely took any time to look at my eyes or check my vision. He did the bare minimum and less than I would have received for a standard vision check. It was super frustrating and felt like a waste of time. I have zero confidence in what he did. Goes to show you the first dr you can get in with is def not the best.
I've been seeing Dr. Todd Erickson for years. He always answers my questions as I am naturally curious. I like his manner which is warm and (in my case) indulgent. All the staff I dealt with were cheerful and kind.
