I went in and had a tube put in one of my tires off my lawn tractor. They charged me $50 labor which I thought was pretty high to put a tube in the small tire like that. About a week later I get a phone call from the owner of the business and he said he noticed that I was charged too much for my tire and he gave me a credit on an account at the store to make up for the difference. I thought that was very decent of him.
Hey just wanted to help you all in the future .. I'm not one to bash companies but feel this should be shared I highly recommend not taking your machines to TODDS EQUIPMENT for any kind of service... I took my rzr for a full service and a rad cleaning 2 days later called me to pick it up took it home parked it 2 weeks later I had a scheduled ride so I checked the machine over the night before and couldn't believe my rad looked mint from thr front but totally coated with mud in the back they did not even touch it but said the... read more
Needed some service items for our 2008 Massey Ferguson 4WD compact tractor and the service team were so helpful. I was able to get everything I needed and felt reassured my tractor was running with all the right parts. Would absolutely recommend.
