I arrived for my appointment only to be told that Dr. Siff was running an hour behind. When I asked the receptionist why they did not notify me prior to my arrival, since they knew long before my appointment that he was running behind, she said I was about to get a notification. By now, it was 10 minutes after my appointment time - and I never received any such notification. Left me waiting for an hour and half. Eventually had to go back to work. Would not recommend.
I recently injured my wrist before traveling to South America. I visited Dr. Todd E. Siff's office for a second opinion and he listened to my question and arranged the surgery in time. My surgery was a success. He and his team provided me with very professional service. Following Dr.Siff's orders and PA,Katherine Enterline Wood's instructions , finally I completed my trip abroad as planned. Thanks to Dr. Todd E. Siff, PA. Katherine and office staff.
Patient beware!!! If you like getting to your appointments early and on time and be punctual, please don't come here it's a total waste of time. I came to get my hand checked out but just before I came, I saw Dr. Siffe's reviews and decided to give him a chance... by far worse decision of my life. Got here minutes before my time, got checked in and waited over an hour till I looked at the time and told the nurses I was leaving.
