I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision Does this provider give unbiased advice? Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, I felt informed when I left Was this provider's office clean? Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed! Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed! Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Yes, I know I can count on them to find a solution
