While I have dealt with many lawyers, this has been the worst experience. I’ll try state things shortly: Whenever I needed to contact the firm, it was a great hassle. The secretary would answer and 90% of the time the lawyer is unavailable, which is fine, but they make promises of callbacks which rarely happens. Resulting in the need to call 3-5 times just to get a callback eventually. Emails? Most times they never bothered to answer. When it came to billing, this is where things really got interesting. Absolutely the worst service. I dropped taxes off early February was told in March needed an extension. Called to follow up multiple times got stone walled. Kept calling finally in July I was told they did not know when they would get to my company taxes they are short handed, most people have quit. Was told if I wanted them completed soon I should take my business elsewhere, I wish they told me that in February when I dropped then off.
