Found out yesterday Todd was disbarred a year ago. Interesting that my ex-boyfriend's case was one of the cases cited in the disbarment & that Todd agreed to restitution, but we didn't know he was disbarred, nor has there been any communication about restitution. He fell off the face of the earth after the first court appearance, kept his name as attorney of record which became another hassle because he had to remove himself.
