Great Physician- takes his time and listens. Office has new friendlier staff members and are very helpful. During this COVID time its nice to have a great welcome and a Dr who cares and took care of my issues. Thank you
Dr Zwick was a life saver for my 20 year old son who needed emergency attention. He was experienced and communicated with me . I highly recommend him as a professional and caretaker!
The office staff is terrible. Very unprofessional. Actually hung up on me twice after holding for over 20 minutes each time. I left messages several times and never got a callback. They also neglected sending the notes to radiology on time. The doctor is very nice but the office staff is a joke!
Avoid Dr. Zwick at all cost, he has a policy to leave your credit card on file... I am a self pay so means I pay all up front. He then further bills your credit card on file for same amount. This is highway robbery. His office then gives you the runaround and never refunds you! Very unethical for a doctor. Plenty if good other Ethical Doctors out there that will treat you well and not steal your hard earned money from you. Visit was in Dec 2019 and fast forward 6 months, still dreaming if getting a refund...
Experience with Dr. Diamond was fine. His office staff horrible, rude and unprofessional. Demanding a credit card number be left on file or you cannot see the doctor. Office manager came out and screamed to the whole waiting room that patients owed the practice over one million dollars and if we did not give them a credit card we would not be allowed to see the doctor. All this even though we did not owe them. Will never darken their doors again. If this is really their policy, well they are not for us. I felt like reporting... read more
THE WORST DOCTOR I HAVE EVER SEEN, COULD NOT CARE LESS ABOUT HIS PATIENTS. I WOULD N E V E R RECOMMEND HIM TO TREAT A PATIENT. HIS STAFF IS JUST AS BAD.
Not a nice man. Does not appreciate patient fear or concerns or history. He is down right nasty
Worst doctor ever. My mother had a painful situation and Dr. Eisner was dismissive and arrogant. There was no follow up and his office personnel was also dismissive and uncaring when I called to say his "remedy" wasn't working and what can we do. I wouldn't send anyone to him.
Dr. Zwick is excellent! He is thorough and comprehensive and make sure that you are well taken care of. He is up on the latest medical research, and as an internist as well, he takes your whole body and medical history into account. His office staff is always accommodating, kind, and respectful. I have been a patient for over 10 years and will continue to see Dr. Zwick for the remainder of his career.
