Called this place several times on 8/22/25 and never got a reply besides a recording saying the person doesn't have an voicemail set up. Building wasn't labeled as liberty mutual. Rode a long way due to it being the closest just to never find the place once there.
I've had them for 10 years. This year, they decided to increase my premium from $3,200 to $5,300 without my consent. They took it from my escrow, and I didn't notice until my mortgage company notified me 6 months later. All other quotes for even better coverage have been under $2,500. My new policy is $2,000 with better coverage. This company just took advantage of me, and there's nothing I can do about it. It should be illegal.
I’m a commercial driver liberty mutual says they go by Phico scores. I have a 739 credit score to bureau reporting and I live in the city in Detroit zero at fault accident got one claim that’s not my fault zero points on my driving record and liberty mutual said they won’t pick me up, if you are from the Detroit area, don’t even call liberty mutual waste of time (.)
