Took my son to see Dr Blackner tonight in the urgent care. The wait time was much shorter than we've experienced at other urgent cares. Dr Blackner actually spent time with us, explained what the plan was and why. He really listened and we really appreciate his care. Highly recommend
Dr. Blackner is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Saved me from having an antibiotic. I feel better already. Great doctor.
The email and text reminders said the appointment was at 3pm even though the person I spoke with said it was at 3:30pm. I came about 10 minutes early thinking I would need to fill out new patient paperwork. So I ended up waiting for an hour before I was seen. Very annoying! My time is valuable too. Having said that… Dr Blackner listened to me and I felt like he cared and we came up with a good plan.
Great Dr. Very competent.
