From the moment I stepped into this place I was very impressed!! The front desk staff is so friendly, the doctors are awesome and the optical staff is great! They have bundle deals on glasses for people who don’t have vision insurance like me. I’ve never felt so welcome in any other office I have stepped foot in! Very clean, and affordable and they have a huge selection of frames for a small town office. I have since brought my whole family here! Dr Ireland and her staff were most pleasant to work with. Their office was comfortable and smelled nice.
I would never recommend anyone use this establishment! Two times my prescription for new lens was written incorrectly. TWICE! I had to go to another establishment in Wichita to have my eyes examined for a correct examination result. Which meant I had to pay for a new exam. I will NEVER step a foot in the office in Valley Center again!!!
