We brought our wedding ring back in 2014, and recently found that some of the strings are broken on my wife's, we sent it in for repair, and the entire experience was fantastic. The ring came back looking absolutely beautiful, like it had been brought back to life. Their craftsmanship, customer service, and attention to detail really impressed us. Highly recommend!
We went down to Sarasota to visit Todd’s studio for our wedding rings as we wanted something more unique than plain bands, and he and his shop are awesome. For our rings, we got matching Cord of Three rings, and they turned out wonderfully. I loved my wedding band so much, I had my engagement band redone by Todd to match, which also turned out beautifully. Lyra is always super responsive, and everyone provides excellent customer service. I would highly recommend for your engagement, wedding, and other fine jewelry needs!
