Just recently had them come out to replace a blower motor module that had failed on our Carrier unit. Giving our honest assessment of the overall experience. POSITIVES: Answered the call promptly. Came out within a couple of hours of our inquiry. Just FYI: $150 service charge for any call and they stated that up front. Diagnosed the problem. This was my 2nd or 3rd time calling these guys out. They’re always friendly and professional. I got lucky this time and they had a two man crew out to my house within 2 hours and solved the issue within about 15 minutes. I’m a very happy, repeat customer!
They quickly diagnosed the issue with my AC and provided a honest explanation of the problem. I really appreciate their integrity and dedication to getting the job done right.
I called these folks today because my air conditioner stopped working between 5-6 am, and it was only cooling intermittently. I spoke to them at around 9 am and they were here by 12:20 pm and fixed the issue in less than a half hour for an incredibly reasonable price. I'd like to note: It's a Saturday.
