Dr. Winter was amazing when I saw him a couple of years ago, but the most recent interaction I had with the front desk was shocking. I completely understand the No-Show policies are there for a reason, but scolding a patient like a child is in poor taste. I explained that I completely understand if the doctor will no longer see me, due to previous No-Shows, but she instead said that she could ask permission, then continued to scold me. I had seen Dr winter before, and things went well. I, recently couldn't see my primarily, and saw Dr Winter, I don't know if he was, having a bad, sick, or what was wrong with him. I felt, I was bothering him, of course being asked why I wasn't seeing my regular primary doctor didn't help. My response, didn't seem to matter. To make along story short. My father is a patient there I feel like I have to continuously. Have him call for issues when there should be a follow up scheduled. I don’t feel like he’s very concerned about his patients especially ones that have had open heart surgery and need to be monitored closely! every time he switches a medication he has some sort of issue, and I feel like They are never very concerned! Dr. Winter has been my PCP for many years. He's not the most warm person but he's pretty competent. I'm not surprised by his many low reviews because we live in a world of losers. Look at any elementary school class. There's about 3 or 4 winners and 30 losers. Most people don't understand the purpose of a Primary Care Physician (PCP). I got a appointment on April , 2025. After reading reviews, I honestly was afraid. I, met Dr. Winter, he was very kind, listened to my concerns, looked at my problem, took appropriate actions! I, hope you take my review as what I went thru.
