Worst experience ever. Asked to talk to Dr. Reiter in person refused to talk to us, made us feel we were not worthy of his time. Guess frames are still covered under 1yr manufactured warranty he refused to get them repaired. Not even a courtesy attentionfrom him - bad customer service.
Worst doctor I have ever had an experience with. Kept insisting that he needed to know my problem with my eyes when I just needed to get an eye exam since I hadn’t gone in years to check my eyes. Talked to me like if I was a child, talking over me not letting me answer questions very intimidating sarcastic and rude. Not sure if he was having a bad day and just took it out on me but no one should ever be treated with such disrespect.
