Our family have been patients of Dr. Brown's for nearly 20 years. Our eldest daughter is disabled and our youngest son has had multiple medical issues. Todd Brown is intelligent, well trained, and very caring.
Doctor was great. The people at the front desk, billing and insurance lady Kathy was horrible. Really Rude. None of them knew much about Obamacare and how you get 1 free wellness visit per year, Kathy said she even had more than 30 years dealing with insurance and has never heard of this. We still had to pay the COpay. When you asked them more questions about it the continued to get more and more rude. The funny thing about all of this is that it was in their literature they gave us. Would go back if the buck was not passed ... read more
