Not enough time in the day to describe why this is the most incompetent and negligent medical office I've ever dealt with.
I was asked by the nurse to do an ultrasound recommended by the doctor, before doing so, I asked the nurse a clear question, am I paying for this ultrasound, he said no, so I did the test and now I got a bill of more than $200, I tried to call the office and Today's wellness and primary care they said you have to check with your insurance, my insurance said that they should inform you that you have a deductible to pay when they apply your insurance prior to the exam, what do we call this?
If you are looking for a Primary Care this is the place! Everyone is so nice and welcoming. If you have any questions any of them will answer gladly. I have had nothing but a great experience here. Ariane is amazing she truly cares about her patients.
Sarah Arroyo and ARIANE THERIAULT were welcoming, respectful and made me feel comfortable. As I got a quick EKG and had to be topless, Sarah made me extremely comfortable and was professional. Ariane, made things simple and non-judgmental. I enjoyed my experience. Thank you and happy to establish my PCP here.
