Melissa and Natalie are super friendly at front desk, I felt in great hands to ask them for opinions on my new glasses. They were very helpful and asked questions to see what I’d like to help narrow choices down. They made me feel like we’ve always been friends, especially bc MY friends weren’t answering quick enough to help They’re great at customer service and professional when it comes to your exams, appointments and reminders. Walked in to potentially get an eye exam from them, asked for pricing details and was rudely and aggressively told that if I want to view their glasses I have to give them my identification. The associate was very nasty with how she demanded that I give them my ID and pointed at their sign as if to say if you don’t like it, there is the sign and you can leave.
