I am very disappointed with today’s visit. When I called for the appointment, I had specifically told them that the visit is for my son to try contacts. They made us wait for almost 45 mins and just did the eye test saying contact lens fitting cannot be accommodated at that time and asked us to get another appointment for contact lens fitting. We come to this place despite living very far because we are used to the doctor but did not appreciate the taken for granted attitude shown today.
Great staff, great Dr. I took forever to pick out glasses. They were so patient and kind. Highly recommend!
Very happy with the overall experience.The front desk staff were very friendly and attentive.They took me right on time.The Doctor was open to questions and explained the entire exam process to me.
