I had the very best experience at this office. From the physician to the front desk staff, everyone provided exceptional customer service. The doctor was incredibly informative, took the time to answer all of my questions, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Red flags with billing practices!! I’ve been wearing glasses for over 30 years, and this was my first visit to this location. My biggest advice is to educate yourself on what your insurance truly covers before you go. The doctor was good, but the billing process was concerning. Despite having a high-premium insurance plan—where my out-of-pocket cost for new glasses is usually very low—they attempted to increase my payment by adding unnecessary copays and adjusting tier levels to make me pay more. It was not goo having had mono vision after LASIK but Today’s Vision was amazing. Very personable, friendly and understandable. Dr was great and Ms Cutarina was amazing with front desk and customer service. Go visit if you need help. No one in B county could help me.
