Very very bad service, my glasses been there for over 3 weeks till now and even not yet I cancelled my order and I’m going to the court if they didn’t return my money. Don’t recommend at all
I had an outstanding experience at Today's Vision Sugarland! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. Britney, in particular, went above and beyond to assist me during my visit. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to my needs. Britney made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process, and her friendly demeanor truly made my day.
I ordered new lenses for my child's glasses and was given an appt. When we arrived, they stated that it would take them 1hour. So we dropped off the frames and departed, returning 2 hours later to find that same employee sitting and doing nothing. When she saw us, she jumped up and quickly lied and stated she just had to fit them into the frames we had dropped off. Ordered new frames and it’s been 3 weeks or 4 weeks and they still haven’t been delivered. Ridiculous
They were very helpful when I lost my new glasses they made sure I got a new pair for a very low price, I’m very happy with there service.
