My experience was terrible just went in to select frames no exam. Woman at desk was very rude and not helpful at all. Called the next day to voice my diss satisfaction and was told they would cancel my order by the office manager named (Shandriguel) because I said I would make a formal complaint

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! I dropped my frames off because I need new lenses. I paid 325$ at the time of drop off. 4 weeks went by without a word from them! I called up there and was told by the doctor that my glasses would be ready the following Monday. (It was Saturday). The following Monday I went up there and my glasses were not only not ready, but they had never been sent off! Great experience called in around 2pm on a Monday had an appointment set for 3:30 the same day. Was in and out with contacts the same day and glasses on sale. Love Dr. Mimi John been coming here a few years, Missouri city hidden gem

Very unprofessional! She always has new employees, she’s never on time to her own office. My insurance sent me claims of contact orders and I’ve never even worn contacts! Definitely never going back
