First I would totally recommend Dr. Dao, she was great!! Glasses - :( . The staff that helped choose the frames was very nice. When I picked them up yesterday, they fit different than when I picked them out, very stretched out. The lenses...progressive, which I’ve worn before. horrible. Things were distorted & blurry. When I told the person helping me I was told “I’d still like you to try them.” I told her it was bad enough I would not wear them. This made no difference. After almost an hour I left. We also want to apologize for not listening to you the first time around when you said you couldn't see out of your new glasses. My staff should have listened to you and should have verify again that everything was made correctly including the prescription and measurements instead of following the protocol of giving you time to adapt to the new prescription.
