Update: I have been coming here ever since and Dr. Ly and her staff are still great! Their frame styles continue to change and I'm always able to find something here with the staff's help. I recently ordered some RayBan Metas transitions from here and it's the coolest thing. I love that I can always take a phone call without having to pull out my phone in something I'm wearing everyday anyway! Bad experience overall. The optometrist got my prescription wrong right off the bat. Four trips just for one pair of glasses, all for their mistakes. And even after this, they misquoted the total price and told me I had to pay more. I told the front desk attendants that it was a bad experience and that I probably wouldn't come back. They didn't care and didn't say a word, no apology, or even thank me for my business. Nothing. There are a lot of eye doctors out there. Should not have to deal with an experience like this. Great team of professionals here. Very friendly, patient and answered my “one million “ questions!! Highly recommend this location
Friendly staffs, doctors are very polite and professional. I feel like I was double charged though. First, I was seen by Dr. Hong and was prescribed with non progressive lenses even though I was already using progressive lenses for a long time, came back few weeks later to complain because my lenses were blurry up close, was examined by another doctor (forgot the name) and was prescribed with prescription lenses but I had to pay for it again.
